How much is shipping?

Shipping in Italy

Shipping, both in Italy and abroad, is calculated based on the weight of the product and based on the country of destination. To know the shipping cost, simply add the desired products to the cart, click on the appropriate icon and then on “View cart”: at this point it will be possible to see the total cost of the products and the transport costs before proceeding to checkout.
European orders are subject to Italian VAT (22%), which is included in the final price calculated at the time of check out. This will be the final price to be paid. Any local taxes and duties applicable from the country of destination of the goods are to be considered the full responsibility of the customer, who must pay them at the time of collection of the package. We do not receive or calculate this type of tax, therefore we strongly suggest taking these additional costs into consideration when ordering.
If you have a valid VAT number, you are not subject to the payment of VAT: in this case, after placing and paying the order, you must send an email to info@bstoreitalia.com with your billing information and you will be issued a refund equal to 22% of the total order.

Shipments abroad

Bstorezone ships accessories and spare parts all over the world and bicycles all over Europe. The cost is calculated according to the country of destination of the goods and based on the weight of the shipment. For all shipments to any country in the world, a confirmation email will always be sent.
The order will be shipped approximately within 2 working days of receipt of the same, while the delivery time may vary depending on the destination: it usually takes between 48 and 72 hours to arrive at the destination.

When will my package be delivered?

Shipping to Italy is carried out by one of our forwarders.

Items must be returned:

  • in their entirety: it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, detachable parts, etc …);
  • correctly packed in their original packaging, in a perfect state of resale (not damaged, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use and documentation; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases;

Only under these conditions will the customer be entitled to a full refund of the value of the goods purchased. If these conditions are not respected the value of the refund will discount the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How can I ask for a refund?

Borgata Srl undertakes to remedy any defects in the products attributable to it, which occurred within twelve months of delivery of the products, provided that they have been promptly notified:

  • any complaints relating to the state of the packaging, quantity or external characteristics of the products (or other apparent defects), must be notified to Borgata Srl in writing, under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the products;
  • any complaints relating to defects that cannot be identified by diligent inspection upon receipt (hidden defects) must be notified to Borgata Srl, under penalty of forfeiture, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of discovery of the defect and in any case no later than twelve months from delivery. The complaint must specify precisely the defect found and the products to which it refers;
  • in the case of delivery of products not compliant with the order, the customer must notify Borgata Srl within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt to agree on the return.

The customer will not be able to return goods for any reason, unless prior written authorization from Borgata Srl.
The above warranty does not apply to products that exhibit normal wear and tear or signs of misuse.
